PROGRAMMING

Programming E-Pak Remote Unit

When programming a new or repaired unit, follow the steps below to program a Remote unit to the MAIN / COACH E-Pak.

  1. Install charged battery in MAIN / COACH E-Pak, and power ON.

  2. Press the volume DOWN button quickly (3) times,  then press and hold the volume UP button for 5 seconds until green LED blinks & MIC button flashes red.

  3. Install batteries into REMOTE E-Pak(s).

  4. On the REMOTE E-Pak press the volume down arrow quickly (3) times, then, press and hold the volume UP arrow for 5 seconds until green LED flashes and MIC button blinks.

  5. Repeat step (4) to program additional REMOTE E-Pak(s).

  6. Once all REMOTE E-Pak(s) are programed turn power off on MAIN / COACH E-Pak to lock-in program.

Pairing Wireless Lazer-Pro / Coach Headset

WIRELESS HEADSETS ARE PAIRED TO THE E-Pak VIA THE BLUE PROGRAMMING BUTTON.

  1. Power on the E-Pak, then press and hold Blue Pairing Button for 3 seconds until LED flashes rapidly.

  2. Press and hold power button on Lazer-Pro headset until voice says, “power on”. The LED lights will flash red & blue signaling the headset is in paring mode.

  3. Finally, the E-Pak LED button will turn solid blue indicating completed pairing.

Pairing Wireless T1 / Catcher Earbud

WIRELESS HEADSETS ARE PAIRED TO THE E-Pak VIA THE BLUE PROGRAMMING BUTTON.

  1. Power on the E-Pak, then press and hold Blue Pairing button for 3 seconds until LED flashes rapidly – indicating paring mode.

  2. Open the case and remove both T1 earbuds.  The LED’s will flash red & blue indicating pairing mode.

  3. Finally, the E-Pak LED button will turn solid blue indicating completed pairing.

Setting Catcher E-Pak to Listen Only

  1. Start with the E-Pak turned off.

  2. Hold both the power and MIC button on E-Pak at the same time for 5 seconds until Green LED flashes rapidly then release the buttons.

  3. Press MIC button on top of E-Pak so it illuminates to RED.
  4. Turn off E-Pak to lock in program.

Clearing MAIN E-Pak / Reset Entire System

Follow the steps below to clear the MAIN / COACH

All Remote E-Pak(s) should be turned “OFF” before starting.

  1. Install charged battery in MAIN / COACH E-Pak, and power ON unit.
  2. Press the volume DOWN button quickly (3) times, then press and hold the volume UP button for 5 seconds until green LED blinks & MIC button flashes red.
  3. Next press and hold volume DOWN button for 3 seconds until MIC button blinks 3 time quickly.
  4. The MAIN / COACH E-Pak is now cleared.
  5. Go to: Clearing Catcher’s “Listen Only”

Clearing Catcher’s LISTEN ONLY

To clear a catcher’s E-Pak from Listen Only mode perform the following steps:

  1. Start with the E-Pak turned off. Hold down both the power and MIC button at the same time for 5 seconds until Green LED flashes rapidly then release buttons.
  2. Click MIC button until the RED light turns OFF.
  3. Turn power off to clear the Listen Only mode.
  4. Go to: Programming E-Pak Remote Unit
